'Didilhyang Bar Brown Rice Cakes' are produced with investment from the central and local government for the first time in Korea, and in co-operation with academy-industry-government-research such as the Korea Food Research Institute.

They are made from 100% newly harvested glutinous and nonglutinous brown rice from Gyeonggi province in Korea. And they are made naturally, without the use of synthetic coloring agents or flavoring.

Bar Brown Rice Cake can be an easy snack or a substitute food. It is suitable for roasting or skewered food because of its plain taste.

They are available in bulk packaging.


As it is quick-frozen, it is more fresh and wholesome.
Fry on a low temperature for 9~10 minutes, turning frequently until it changes golden-brown.
