'Didilhyang  Mixed Grains Roast Rice Cakes' are produced with investment from the central and local government for the first time in Korea, and in co-operation with academy-industry-government-research such as the Korea Food Research Institute.

They are made from 100% newly harvested Korean farm produce chosen carefully by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation. And they are made naturally, without the use of synthetic coloring agents or flavoring.

Mixed Grains Roast Rice Cake is a health food made from glutinous barley, brown rice, adlay, beans, peanut, black sesame, etc. which are full of dietary fiber. The outside of it is crispy  and crunchy and the inside is sticky and chewy, with a nutty, almond-like flavor, when you roast it in a frying pan and eat it. It is available for a meal substitution food or an easy snack.

They are individually wrapped well in a sealed vinyl case yet again in a paper box. And there are five units in a box.

As it is quick-frozen, it is more fresh and wholesome.

Cook in a lightly oiled frying pan for 5~6minutes on a low to medium temperature.
